What is your preference? I am used to having a large volume of urban area to work where I could get 25 leads all within one ZIP Code all literally within walking distance of each other.
I find when I shoot for more suburban/rural ZIP Codes the distance between houses is frustrating and I get a higher mix of folks that don't buy would we sell.
Long term question are you able to milk the same large city or do you eventually have to branch out today 1 to 2 hour away point?
