I am working with a man that took out a MS when he turned 65. He is now 75 and was on the plan from 65 to 75.Back in the fall he enrolled in a MAPD. Doc wasn't in network. He dropped his plan effective Feb 29 and went back to OM and enrolled in a PDP. Does he have a "trial right" back to his original Medigap at this time or does he have to go back within 63 days of coverage ending?
I ask because I saw this on medicare.gov
