I have a client that recently moved money from one annuity to another for a higher interest rate. He has an emergency and wants to borrow against the annuity to avoid possible penalties and taxes.
Is it even possible to borrow against an indexed annuity?, from a bank? or any other party as the Annuity company does not offer loans against annuity.
