Reading through multiple posts, it seems like the consensus is if you are ordering fixed lead drops and are consistently getting the numbers you've requested, it would be best to order per thousand instead. Am I off in this assessment?
I am looking to hit a few target rich zip codes in my area. In the interest of getting the most out of those zips, would it be best to order the 20 per week I normally do, or drop 1k per week until the data is exhausted?
