Had a client today asking about a Medtronic Paradigm insulin pump. In the past I have figured out how to get a pump approved but I am unsure what brand it was. In my 15 years I have literally had 2 clients who have had a pump. Does anyone have any experience with what pumps are covered etc? She was needing the the replacement sof-cell I believe. Any help is appreciated.
