ADR/Lincoln Heritage and Riders

So I'm reading through a replaced LH policy while watching baseball today. This 64M has $5/mo just in ADR added to the policy. Good lord!!

I'll include and 'build value' when ADR is an option. But, do you guys have a real opinion on riders, a la ADR, children, etc.
