We are a Small Agency looking to Hire a F/T Health and Life Agent. Does anyone have any resource they use or have used to help this process.
We want to be competitive however don't want an Agency Jumper. We are a small Agency, But have other Income streams that will support a new Producer. Currently the Principle is the only Producer and can't spend his time driving business.
any information on Hiring Techniques, Where to look for etc and how to be competitive.
