I've been working with an agency for a year and half and am looking to possibly branch out on my own. I'm currently on a 90% contract with financed leads and a promise to have my contract upped within the year. However some of the leadership in the agency has taken a turn for the worse recently and it's becoming clear I need to make a change.
Last year I wrote about 100,000 in production with my two primary carriers working roughly two days a week (I held a second job for the first half of the year and have been doing this full time since). Not a great number, but it was my first full year
