Independent Agent Setting Up Arrangement with P&C Agency

I have been an employee benefits consultant for years and handle a little management liability and BOPs for my clients. I have a meeting with a P&C agency that has over 100 commercial P&C accounts and no benefits person so sounds like a really good fit.

I would like some input from others on questions to ask and items to bring up to create a successful arrangement. I do not want to lose my current business identity with my current clients. I also support 20+ captive P&C agents on Supplemental insurance that they are not allowed to enroll (they must use a benefits specialist like me.
