Appointment Setters' Results

I need some advice on an appointment setter.
I've been using one for six weeks and this is what the results have been:
Week Leads Appts. No Shows
1 31 1
2 26 4
3 25 7 3
4 28 6 1
5 26 0
6 25 1 1

Could anyone survive putting aside 3 days a week for these results?
Should I discontinue and if so any solid recommendations to replace?
