Saw a 73 year old women this afternoon. When she got up out of her chair I noticed one arm limp and she limped across the room with a walker. A motorized chair was by the door. I commented that she must have had a stroke in the past. She gathered her meds and one was for dementia. I began to explain a modified death benefit to her and all of the sudden she started screaming at me. "Leave right now", "I am calling security and telling them you assaulted me". I departed with her screaming as I went out the door. Never had this happen before.
