I would need some help with following case:
Mother ( who has POA) of 36 year old, female, NS with down syndrome is looking for FE for her daughter.
Client had open heart surgery to close 2 holes and patch valve at age 19 months and has asthma now.
RX:
Fluticasone
Humara
Seasonique
Proair
Albuterol
Vesicare
Montelikast
Ranitidine
UHL is no , since they will want daughter to do PI
Settlers is no , due to asthma
Any thoughts and ideas would be nice. Thank you!
