I'm currently producing under an IA but ready to run my own show. I've been researching startup strategies and so far I think siaa may be the way to go. I have about 6 years of p&c experience. The IA I currently work under has a great set of direct appointments that I think would be difficult to obtain on my own. I have about 600k in WP, have my own sources for leads, and don't need my hand held. I'm in California. Would anyone care to give some input on my situation? Perhaps my situation doesn't fit or justify siaa...maybe another group better suits. Any input is appreciated.
