62 year old Female NS with kidney disease (since 2011, no meds, no problems), Arthritis, Diab ( Metformin), Neuropathy, Tremor
Rx: myrbetriq
metformin
primidone Tremor
metformin
carvedilol
lisinopril

I like to replace a graded policy with a first day coverage

Here are all the no: settlers, Oxford, aetna, SNL, forester

RNA would be ok , BUT they will not take her due to Primidone.

Trans I can not get a hold of anyone today.

Any suggestions, besides just moving her into ROP
