i own and operate two funeral homes in Pennsylvania. i am not licensed to sell insurance at all. i have a stream of families that ask about how to fund pre arrangements and i have no offers for them. we usually tell people to open a bank account and set up irrevocable trust accounts so they can deposit what they can and police the money themselves.
