I do both FE and Medicare and have done both type leads
My UHC regional recommends Target; very little info on here about them.
UHC region uses them--I don't know the % but agents got LOTS of leads.
Target publishes response rates as follows:
Their claim for FE is a bit lower than my exp with Lead Conn. ---1.3 to 1.7%
However--they are claiming and when asked validate Natl return rates of:
T65 2.8% (3.2% in my state)
Med Supp 2.5%
Dual eligible 4.5%
SNP plans 4%
Starting with twice the number of leads as an FE drop for SNPs--and then pivoting to FE sounds great
