The SNL Newsletter stated that if you collect with the application, you can fax or upload a copy of the check and that will be sufficient. You do not need to send them the original check. Is this something new with them? I know Columbian does that but with them you have to get and Authorization to FAX check signed by the account holder. It appears you don't need any special forms with SNL.
