Oral Chemotherapy and Medicare Part B

One of my clients was diagnosed with mulitple myeloma for the second time. The first time around, she had chemo intravenously. This time, the IV med is now available in a pill form- Revlimid. She called the pharmacy and was told that it will cost her $7000- with her Part D plan. Which seems like a lot. (I looked it up and the retail price is $15,000 a month!)
Of course, my first thought was- does Part B cover it? Medicare is very vague in their publications for which oral chemo meds are covered. I found a list of a few, which the drug is not on. Does anyone know where I can find out if this
