Missing 1095s, anyone Know how to Get Them?

I use Health Sherpa to enroll clients so they don't have a user/sign on to healthcare.gov. When they didn't receive their 1095, they called the Marketplace to ask for it to be re-sent. The Marketplace tells them their user name is JKinzie, the beginning of my FFM#, and tells them to reset their password. They try and can't. The call me frustrated and asking me for the password. Does anyone have a method to get the 1095 if it doesn't arrive at the client's home? I called the Marketplace and asked them and they won't talk with me.
