How Long to Become Fully Appointed with Settlers?

I submitted an app with Settlers on the 22nd of March and they ordered the background check the same day also, as of today ( the 31st) still nothing back yet they say on the background. The last few companies I became appointed with had the background was back in 2 days. Does anyone know how long it takes with Settlers? (p.s, I have absolutely nothing on my background)
