Help with a Case in Michigan

Have a 72 m n/s in Michigan has a 50000.00 universal life plan flexible premium adjustable rate. He is in second marriage has 5 kids still living at home. He needs 100,000.00 plan to pay off his mortgage. Type 2 diabetic no other problems. Currently paying 185$ a month. Rates need to be real close to that. Thanks for any help
