We have just found out there are phone outages from Chicago to Orlando. Unfortunately most of Kentucky is included. Our back-up system (copper lines) have been affected as well, which is really frustrating. Please apologize to all agents this may effect. It is certainly out of our control. As soon as we are restored we will email and call everyone possible. In talking to the phone company they believe the problem is that there has been a major fiber cut.
