I have a question I was hoping to get some insight on... I was wondering what typical procedures (on the insurance companies end) when an auto claim is done by a corporation? Specifically I am wondering does the insurance company automatically review the driver's record after an incident? And do they need to ask permission since I am not directly insured with them thus must follow the privacy act in Canada to get that info?
I am asking because I was involved in a minor accident in a parking lot while on the job ($1000 claim). Now previous to me driving a company car I signed a form conse
