Just got this email from Humana--

Last year, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) reviewed key pieces of Humana’s Medicare operations as part of regular checks that it performs with Medicare companies like ours. You may have learned that CMS has announced enforcement action as a result of the Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Program Audit that identified issues related to Humana’s administration of its Medicare plans.
Humana accepts full responsibility and has already taken corrective action to address the issues the audit identified
