Any Hope For: T65, $500k Life, Neuropathy, Pre-diabetic, Drinks 3-5 Beers/day

This is on the app that got turned down prior to the medical being done, carrier called, we're cancelling the scheduled medical.

Any other hope for case this size? I have been told guaranteed issue, etc. Max on those can't be more than mid 5 figures.
