Just obtained my licenses in February 2016. Applied and got hired on a local company to work in commercial lines dept. trained for a month (on TAM), Passed all my training exams w/ flying colors, brought in 5 new leads, out of which 2 were referred to personal lines dept. and closed (company policy) and 2 (commercial) were submitted to carriers and one already received offer from insurer and was waiting on client for approval, I Was in conversations with a few local commercial clients i had (i worked in commercial real estate 15 years)Then out of the blue, was fired without any motive on 5th
