Where to Start?? Just Got Dropped into FE

have been selling MAPD and Medicare supps since 2012 and now we're doing final expense too as of a month ago. Seems like there's a lot of different carriers in a lot of different states, and it seems pretty overwhelming for a newcomer to the area. For GI they gave us Gerber and for underwritten we have Mutual of Omaha. Main business is over the phone with fax/email/screenshare. Anything you wish you were told your first week in FE?
