Had a 81 year old die out of no where. Transamerica wants everything under the sun to investigate the death. 10 year records the whole shambang. Got some mail today saying the beneficiary has not Summited anything. I mean trans wants it all; they were asking for about 13 different things. Has anyone experienced something like this? Do you think the beneficiary just does not want to work hard to get what trans wants? Please help. Will trans continue to mail me and the beneficary until they get what they want?
