Was just ordering supplies and out of being curious I was scrolling through an app from a new state I was looking into and the SSBO has a 10/15 revision. I called new business and it was just update on the 10th (looks to be most states) but I got no email of this new form? Agent beware because after 30 days ya gotta go back out to the client and get another signature FYI. Time to order more paper.
