Need Independent FL Agent to Write Referral Business and Split Commissions

Hi I am an agent in Pittsburgh and I get a lot of requests from Florida residents who are former clients, current life ins clients, friends, etc to write their auto insurance so I'm looking to partner up with an independent agent who is licensed in Florida with multiple companies and has great customer service who will take care of these clients/referrals, not call on them for anything other than P&C business, and split commissions with me.
