Need Help with Hiring Agents Issue

Ok, I'm new to the form and just starting a call center.

I could use any advice as to where to find good agents.

Where is a good source to advertise for agents.

And any other information regarding the hiring process.

I keep getting agents that set an interview and don't show or are hired and then don't show up for training.

Grr, getting frustrated so could use any two cents out there.
