Things must be REALLY bad at Humana when a Humana company employee tells a patient that she should look for a better coverage. Unbelievable!! I know that my member is probably very "high maintenance", but we all have jobs to do. I made multiple visits to see this member to help her out, just so that a Humana employee would tell her that??!! I guess that I'm lucky that the member called me and not someone else?
