Empathy in Your Sales Call

Hello Everyone, Here is something that I use when I am on the phone with potential clients. Of course it could be adapted to any sales weather on the phone getting an appointment or in the field at someones house. I hope this helps someone.

Empathy is the ability to put ourselves in someone else’s shoes, and imagine the world through their eyes.
