This guy just got rejected from Banner. He went to rehab/counseling for 17 days back in 2001. He is on two anxiety meds now but what he rejected for he is taking Suboxone prescribed by his doc. Suboxone is a pain reliever but is also prescribed for addictions to Narcotics. He takes it for Back pain.
Any suggestions. He is looking for $500K he is 32 year old business owner. He hasn't had any incidents since 2001.
