I am an experience agent, I have great contracts, blah blah blah blah. I have my sister in law, who formerly worked for a car dealership on the phone setting appointments for people to come in. She is recently licensed in MO. We are working on a few non residents. She is selling FE over the phone with some success. I have set her up with 60 telemarketed leads a week. She is bringing her best friend on who used to work with her in the same department. I am worried that they will not be busy enough between the both of them.
