Hi - newbie here. Can anyone tell me if there is a way of finding out what insurance a UK Company has? I have a problem with some work that was carried out on my home. My solicitor has told me today that the Company has gone bust and he can only pursue them if they have an insurance policy. How can I find this out?? Help!!
