Ohio 51 year old female NT 5'-10" 300 lb. HBP Diabetes 5 units insulin per day. Diabetic since 34 years old. Medications include warfarin 10mg per day prescribed for a blood thinner due to a blood clot in her leg in 2009 and hbp medication Diovan 32 mg per day.
