We all know that businesses do not have a SPD for there benefit plans and with the DOL doing more investigations I think this might be a good marketing approach.
Wondered if anyone has prospected businesses strictly on SPD and how you can create a SPD for them and make them compliant with the DOL.
I am looking as this approach and maybe getting benefits after the fact but not using benefits as the reason for the meeting
