I also have a tx mortgage lic. This is my full time job. I want to take advantage of the p&c lic and sell homeowners ( hazard windstorm and flood) to my clients. Also all the people in my company have already agreed to send me all their clients to me. So i want to make this extra income and take advantage of my lic. Most of the people who get a mortgage with us have been getting their insurance with farmers they have some of the best rates where i am. Can anyone help me i dont' know how to go about doing this.
