How Does this Happen?

I worked for a large Indy agency appointed with about half a dozen carriers. Business relationships run deep and wide between management and the carriers. Lots of talks, meetings, and agreements, ect. I know for a fact the agency has made special consideration and help for certain agents. I worked my tail off cold calling and conducting out of office marketing just to make my minimum commission to stay employed.. A few senior agents made it clear they are above cold calling and will not do it. They spend 2/3 of their day goofing off, coming in late and leaving early, yet they consistently
