I recently passed my Georgia P&C state exam and completed my 40 hour pre-licensing course. There is just one thing keeping me from submitting my state insurance license application.
I pled first offender to two misdemeanors theft by receiving. Very stupid mistake when I was younger which I learned from after being fined and completed probation as court ordered. Does this mean my application will be denied most likely by the state?
On the GID-103 it says to attach supplement giving full details and attach
certified copies of all orders.
I have read up on Georgia code § 33-23-21. G
