OK so lets start a little discussion. Here are the carriers that I am aware of that will issue first day coverage, all things being equal lets all assume that any other health conditions would not affect 1st day coverage like diabetes, htn, other things over 2 years ago and not on any other knock out meds, just mainly copd is the issue at hand:
1. Trans - Standard
2. LBL - Standard
3. Americo - UP2 level

And for a strong graded plan:
1. Foresters - 30/70/100
2. Aetna - 40/75/100
