I want to work for myself as an independent agent. I have a lot to learn so I don't want to open an agency in a building just yet. I would like to work from home for myself and build a book of business first. Can you work from home and then move into a building? Has anyone ever heard of someone renting a space in a larger office? Does anyone have any suggestions? Where would I find a company that I could partner with? What is a cluster?
