I currently work for a life insurance company in Washington, D.C. and I'm looking to switch companies. I have great sales experience and have won numerous awards for being ranked top 10 internationally in my company for personal production and team production. Long story short me and my agency owner have not been seeing eye to eye recently. He has his favorites. While everyone praises me in my office for my talent in production I am also the best recruiter in our agency.
