P&C Companies Most Open to New Appointments for a New Agency

I am currently in the process of getting everything together to start a new Independent Agency. Home, auto and Commercial are going to be my bread and butter. Who are the best companies to get that are open to giving appointments to a new startup? Any input or info would be greatly appreciated!
