Anyone know of a carrier in Ohio that has a network that has in-network providers in other states? Anthem? Med-Mutual? I know United does but they require the PCP to be in the state of residency. It seems like the Aetna plans only offer in state coverage (no out of state in-network providers). Any feedback would be appreciated!
