Medigap Carrier Stuck in the 80's?

Some carriers have very good sites that are easy to navigate and updated regularly with policyholder and agent info.

But there is one in particular that is driving me nuts.

Not only are they 3+ days behind in updating policy status, but there doesn't seem to be a way to get current status without calling and waiting on hold for 30 minutes or longer. I have better things to do, such as selling new policies, than taking that much time to get a 60 second response.

Their Contact Us section does not seem to be functional. I have never received a response to any of my questions.
