Med Supp IMO

Have an IMO that I write life with and an IMO I run annuities through. Neither offer med supp. Looking for suggestions.

I'm in NJ and looking for an IMO that I can do med supp through ... In addition, what carriers would you contract with? AETNA and UHC?
