Anyone have a situation where when you are on full blown HC.gov enrollment, you click on the eligibility letter green box after it appears, and nothing happens? It always opens or lets you down load so you can read what is required, if anything.
I've done hundreds of these and this never happened before.....yet I am able proceed to enroll in plans, since it thinks I looked at it. In this case the client owes info...but without the letter, you can not provide the bar code, etc. Logged out and back in....different browser....everything says click here to view the eligibility, but nothing. No m
