I have an couple who's about 55 years old each & they have a 90 year old mother who's not licensed & doesn't drive. The mother just bought a car entirely in her name & my people want to insure it on their policy. They will use this car to drive their mother to/from doctor appointments etc. What do I do here?
They called the carrier directly (Safeco) who told them they can add the car & list the mother as an additional interested party? Doesn't seem totally right?
